The Resort

Set in 450 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, St. Mellion International Resort offers championship golf with Jack Nicklaus' first signature course in the UK . The Resort will be the home of the English Open Championship from 2009 for a minimum of five years.

Owners and guests can enjoy access* to all the leisure facilities at St. Mellion International Resort, which include a health club and spa overlooking the golf course. The spa will be linked to the pools, leisure and sauna complex, scheduled to open in August 2008.

Providing a suitable grandstand finish to the Jack Nicklaus signature course, a new, four star standard, 80 bedroom hotel with state-of-the-art facilities will be situated adjacent to the 18th hole.

The new hotel is expected to open in June 2009 and will replace the existing hotel accommodation. Along with the present, newly refurbished conference and leisure facilities, the hotel will offer a dedicated Golf Club Bar on the ground floor.

St Mellion International Resort will also offer evening entertainment and drinks and light meals served alfresco on one of the many terraces.
